A photograph on your computer is not the same as seeing and handling the product for yourself. We want you to be satisfied and enjoy your purchase, so we operate a no-quibble refunds policy: If you return the piece to us within ten days of our posting date (within the UK) we will refund the purchase price.

All our prices include postage and packing within mainland UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, we will request a further payment based on the size and weight of the piece and the destination.

All Isle of Wight Studio Glass is hand-made and we carry only limited stock.. If we do not have the item, we will make it for you. This may involve a short delay depending on how busy we are, but is usually no more than 1 to 2 weeks, and often less. However bear this in mind when you place your order, especially if you are ordering as a gift or for a special occasion.
