We want you to be satisfied and enjoy your purchase, so we operate a no-quibble refunds policy: If you return the piece to us within ten days of our posting date (within the UK) we will refund the purchase price.

All Isle of Wight Studio Glass is hand-made, no two pieces are quite the same. If the item you want is not in stock, we will make it for you. This may involve a short delay depending on how busy we are, but is usually no more than 1 to 2 weeks, and often less. However bear this in mind when you place your order, especially if you are ordering as a gift or for a special occasion.
