A photograph on your computer is not the same as seeing and handling the product for yourself. We want you to be satisfied and enjoy your purchase, so we operate a no-quibble refunds policy: If you return the piece to us within ten days of our posting date (within the UK) we will refund the purchase price.

All our prices include postage and packing within the UK mainland. When you have chosen your piece of glass, We will pack it carefully to ensure that it reaches you safely.

All Isle of Wight Studio Glass is hand-made, no two pieces are quite the same. If the item you want is not in stock, we will make it for you. This may involve a short delay depending on how busy we are, but is usually no more than 1 to 2 weeks, and often less. However bear this in mind when you place your order, especially if you are ordering as a gift or for a special occasion.
